Calendar
With calendar, you have a centralized place to define and store your events. Accessible 24/7 by any member of your organisation and only editable by your admins.
Event Reminder
With event reminder, you have a granular control over how and when to remind your event guests. These being part of your organization or not, you can remind them up to five times ahead of time and each time they can securely access the event page for more information.
Concerned about your event details privacy, you can at any time make an event private by turning off the Is Shareable control button.
Agenda
With agenda, you have a clean interface that allows you to manage your event agenda. As event admin, you can break down your planning with as much as thirty items for a single day. For multi-day events our platform automatically organizes your agenda in as many days your event has giving you a clean and easy interface to manage you event agenda.
Photos
Today securely sharing photos with family, friends or colleagues is more and more complex. It shouldn't be. With Event Photos, you have an easy and simple option to share your event photos. Just upload your photos and our platform will generate a beautiful album photo, available on the same shared link.
